Gary's Biography

The Challenge: To find better ways to organize our collective efforts. We all recognize that we must serve more effectively, innovate faster, strengthen relationships and become more efficient in order to prosper in the future. The path, however, remains unclear. We need to create better dialogue so that we can learn our way into the future.

The Obstacles: Our past successes and the assumptions we make about those successes stand as our biggest obstacles to creating a different future.

Values/Beliefs: How we address these issues is dependent on our assumptions about what works and what does not. I believe that people want to organize in pursuit of a cause they deem worthy. People are by nature curious, creative, and overtime will act in a manner that is consistent with their beliefs. Learn more...
